She was predeceased by: her parents, J. R. Ellis (Rufus) and Goldie Waters Ellis; her husband Duke Thompson; her son Darrin Lamar Dole; and her stepchildren, Tammy Thompson Brown and Kevin Thompson.
She is survived by: her brother Bill Ellis (Vicki) of Haughton; and her nieces, Sherri Cox (Gary) of Conway, Kim Chandler (Jerry) of Batesville, Tara Ellis of Conway and Laurie Gentry (Robert) of Many. She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
