He is survived by: his wife Diana Varner; his children, Shelby Varner (David Young) of Conway, Kayla Frederick (Kira) of Fayetteville, Zack Frederick of Paris and Jacob Carter of Fort Smith; his sister Amy Reather of Huntington; his brother-in-law Steve Rhinehart; his grandchildren, Lydia Carter, Emily Weston, Zoey Frederick, Kaden Frederick, Katie Hungate and Colton Hungate; his pets, Dude and Ozzie; Ruth Rhinehart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
