He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Kendrick, Sr. and Anita Hardy Kendrick. He is survived by: his sister Sally Billman (Jeff) of Conway, Arkansas; his niece Jessica Ware; his nephews, Issaac Billman and Bryce Billman; his great-niece Madison Ware; and his great-nephew Luke Ware.
