She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn; her siblings, Richard Marlar, Dennis Morrison, Patricia Bryant and Betty Chikar; and her stepfather Art Bast.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Mebane; her children, Andrew Thomas Mebane (Andrea) and Susan Mebane Bradshaw (Jerry); her grandchildren, Jillian Grace Bradshaw, Katherine Elizabeth Bradshaw and Django Silas Mebane; and her siblings-in-law, Richard and Kay Dietz (Mebane). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
