She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Lucille Taylor Emmons and Robert Clyde Emmons; and her sisters, Evelyn Allen and Tina McHughes. She is survived by: her husband Henry Izene Collins; her daughters, Michelle Harrington of Hudson, FL and Carrie Bodiford (Chris) of Sheridan, AR; her stepsons, Danny Collins of Conway, AR, Christopher Collins and Kenny Collins (Carrie) of Clinton, AR; her grandchildren, Jaron Snyder (Rebekah), Megan Phillips (Christopher), Jacie Hampton (Dakota), Tristan Bodiford (Elissa), McKenzie Keathley (Devin) and Michaela Keathley (Hunter); and her great grandchildren, Jace, Kylee, Adalynn, Cooper, Reece, Jude and Maddox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to MD Anderson Cancer Center.
