She is survived by: her husband William Gary Hawkins of Vilonia; her son Gary Lee Hawkins; her sister Donna Mae George of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, Rodney Rhodes, Maria Cangelosi (Joe) and George Hirrill; and her great grandchild Henry. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
