She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley A. Stephens and Ila Stephens; her husband Richard Willbanks (Dick); and her brothers, Cecil of Carroll, L. P. and Edward Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Willbanks (Ricky) and Rebecca McKinney (Tom) of Maumelle. She is also survived by three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
