He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubin Slay and Ronald Slay; and his brothers, Ronnie and Blake Slay. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Dustin Slay, Drew Slay (Laura) and Nathan Slay (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Abby, Mason, Ava, Gray, Maddox, Ella, Parker and Baylor.
