He is survived by: his wife Laureen; his children, Jacob Whitney, Emily Hartle (JR) and Laura Whitney; his grandson John David; and his brother Terry Whitney (Linda) of Omaha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of wonderful friends.
