He is survived by: his children, Ashley Hoelzeman (Eric) and Justin Dennis Surratt; his grandchildren, Zakk Hoelzeman (Cheyanne), Halen, Emerson (Tristan), Axl, Phoenix Hoelzeman, Makenly Surratt and Kaylee Marie; and his sister Sindy Surratt-Clarkson (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
