He is survived by: his father Gregory Neal Johnson (Andee); his wife Rachel; his children, Sheppard and Sloane; his sisters, Kelly Johnson and Bailee Johnson; his nephew Ryder; and his grandmother Tina Burt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
