She is survived by: her daughter Jane Cook; her grandchildren, John Cook and Jennifer Cook (Tamara); and her great grandchildren, Katie Martin, Chelsea Cook, Cassie and Sophia. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
