He is survived by: his parents, Mary Tyus and Dwayne Tyus Sr.; his wife Tasha Tyus; his children, Nevaeh Harper Tyus and Jordan Butler; his brother Jeffrey Tyus (James Vernon Smith); Edward Piggee, Kenneth Tyus and Shirley Tyus. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
