She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Faye Irene Muskrat and Noel Darrell Riffey; her husband Wayne Rascoe; her children, Joseph Rascoe (Jesse Smith), Leslie Rascoe Shelton (Brian Shelton) and Erin Rascoe; her granddaughter Olivia Shelton; her siblings, Karen Warren, Gerald Riffey, Kathy Muskrat, Rhonda Fuller and Joe Riffey; and also Donna.
