He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Erbach, Sr. and Agnes Strain Erbach. He is survived by: his wife Donna Erbach; his children, Adam Erbach (Nancy) of Conway and Amy Hancock (Jim) of Sherwood; his grandsons, Alex Erbach (Seaera) of Greenbrier and Blake Erbach (Nicole) of Casa; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Harrison and Ashton; his siblings, Marilyn Worm and Tom Erbach (Nancy) of Conway; and his brother-in-law John Williams (Sandy) of Beebe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
