She is survived by: her children, Wayne Jacobs (Jenny) of Palestine, TX, Sheila Phillips (Sean) of Redfield, AR and Karen Crozier (Drew) of Conway, AR; and her grandchildren, Anna Johnson (Brent) of Greenbrier, AR, Crystal, Keesha, Ashlie, Paige, Kenzie, Brooke, Carl, Lewis, Brandon, Dalton, Peyton and Noah. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
