He is survived by: his wife Betty Crowder Belcher; his sons, Marty E. Belcher (Brenda L. Belcher) of Van Buren and Jeffery Darrel Belcher of Alma; his grandchildren, Marty Blake Belcher (Jennifer) of Greenwood, Ashley Brooke Seals (Warren) of Van Buren, Connor Darrel Belcher (Jakelin), Courtney Nicole Marabella (Charlie) of Lowell, Brooks, Parker, Reese, Cash and Owen; his siblings, Delmer Belcher (Sharon), Donnie Belcher (Joy) of Kennett, Missouri, Wilburn Belcher (Joyce) of Qulin, Tommy Belcher (Janice) of Sikeston, Missouri and Zelma Lacy of Kennett; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Bradshaw of Frisbee and Rita Belcher of Georgia.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kilgore Freewill Baptist Church (3988 AR-9, Springfield, AR 72157).
