She is survived by: her children, Jody Broyles (Gabriela Montiel) and David Hayes Jr.; and her siblings, Jerri Blethen (Patrick) of Lamar, Cheryl Benham of Pottsville, Randy Broyles (Lisa) of Pottsville and Shane Sadler of Hagerville. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and many friends.
