He was predeceased by: his father Harold Luningham. He is survived by: his mother Elloyween Luningham; his brother Dax Luningham (Nan) of Fayetteville; his niece Ella Luningham; and his nephew Rylan Luningham of Fayetteville. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to The Conway Cancer Foundation: 350 Salem Rd Suite 4 Conway, AR 72034.
