He was predeceased by: his father Tommy E. McKinley. He is survived by: his mother Beneva Louise Goff McKinley; his siblings, Terry, Troy McKinley, Tonya Massery, Charlena Nichols and Patricia Betzinger; and his fiancé Glynis Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
