He is survived by: his brother Ira Lowell; his sister-in-law Patsy Ann Freeman of Atkins; his sisters, Patsy Carol Housley of Hector and Phyllis; his brother-in-law John Allen of Nogo; and his stepsiblings, Brent (Don Pack) of Atkins and Shelia Pack of Alread. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
