He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Harper and Pauline Harper; and his brother John P. Harper of Wooster, AR.. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Harper; his children, Brad (Janet), Ronnie (Rebecca) of Conway, Justin (Amy) of Hot Springs, AR and Melissa Thomas (Billy) of Conway; his grandchildren, Ashley Waters (Curtis), Claudia Vaughn (Matthew), Kady Belle Harper, Kaylee Thomas, Kyle Harper, Griffin Harper, Jackson Harper, Hudson Harper and Parker Thomas; his great grandchildren, Harper Mae and Jensen Waters; and his sister Janell Kersey of Panama City, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
