He was predeceased by: his father William Jacob Phillips; and his stepmother Thelma Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Kari West (Kevin) and Tara Passmore; his grandchildren, Carter West and Gracelynne Passmore; his siblings, Patsy Caudle (Charles), Bobby Phillips, David Charles Phillips (Linda), Danny Joe Phillips, Johnny Phillips and Dennis Phillips; his grandson Frankie Thompson Passmore; and his close friend Pomeranian (Moe).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Saltillo Heights Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
