She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Church and Mary Church; her husband Dean Parrack; and her sister Betty. She is survived by: her friend Kong; her son John C. Parrack (Jennifer Patterson); and her grandchildren, Rynn and Will Parrack of Conway, Arkansas.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Music Program at First United Methodist Church in Conway, AR, which she attended for many years after moving to Arkansas (conwayfumc.org/give).
