He was predeceased by: his sister Amy Lynn Rogalski. He is survived by: his uncles, Roger Rogalski and Bob Green; his parents, Linda Green and Raymond Rogalski; his sons, Layton and Gavin Rogalski; his girlfriend Kellie Freyaldenhoven; and his children, Robin Christianson (AJ) and Reagan Hamilton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202.
