She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Evans Sr. and Clara Nelson Evans; her siblings, Claretta Evans, Sylvia Loletia Austin (Evans), Evelyn Jetson and Cleveland Evans Jr.; her grandparents, Moses, Katie Bell Evans, Ophelia Mason and John Tucker; and her grandchildren, Deangelo Nero and LeSabriona Nero.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Ross (Ted); her brother Jerry Jerome Evans of Conway, Arkansas; her daughter Stephanie Thompson Matlock of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and her stepchildren, Carla (Whitt Harris) of Hot Springs, Allisyn Smith (H. D.) of Conway, Kaytlin Ross of Alexander, Arkansas and Christopher Ross (Chanece) of Hot Springs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; along with many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of wonderful friends.
