He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Lisa Hickey of Little Rock, Chase Hickey of Conway and Clay Hickey (Rose) of Atkins; his grandson Liam Hickey; his brothers, Mark Setzler (Lynda) of Camden and Luke Setzler (Sandra) of Conway; his stepbrothers, Don Cato (Mona) of Medford and Bozie Cato of Las Cruces; his nieces, Jennifer House (Spencer), Erika Setzler of Conway and Morgan Havens (Hunter) of Conway; his nephew John Setzler (Jenna) of Augusta; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Delaney, Sydney House, Shelley, Hannah House, Jackson House, Braxton Setzler and Hudson Havens.
