He is survived by: his father John Kocourek; his wife Kerri Kocourek; his daughters, Hannah Anderson (Pat), Jessie Yaebeang (Jo) and Johnna Harmon (Justin); his grandchildren, Cohen, Titus, Hayden, Noah, John Ellis, Emma, Ellie, Sadie and Roman; and his mother-in-law Nancy Barentine.
