He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard William and Beulah Mae Vines (Miller); his wife Willa Dean Vines; and his sister Mickey Vines. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Vines (Sonia) of Lavaca and Keith Vines (Annette) of Conway; and his brothers, David Vines (Gina) of Birmingham, Alabama and Ricky Vines of Birmingham, Alabama. He is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
