He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Koch and Rose Koch; his wife Mary Beth Koch (Pastor); and his siblings, Eileen Strimpel, Dolores Rourke, Arthur Koch and John Koch.
He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Velte (Mike) of Conway, AR; his grandchildren, Alex Velte (Grace) and Emily Newton (Cain) of Conway, AR; his great grandchildren, Ezra Velte and Charlotte Newton; and his brothers, Bill Koch (Roseanne Sopuch), Peg Bednar (Flo Murray) and Jim Koch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1115 College Ave, Conway, AR 72032). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in his name, to any charity that glorifies the Lord and encourages other in Christ.
