She is survived by: her husband John Hayes Jr.; her children, JoAnna Hayes Gregersen and James Hayes; her grandchildren, Jake Hayes, Jax Hayes, Jarrett Hayes, Jase Hayes, Joey Hayes and Sierra Hayes; her children, Jason Allen, Anna Gregersen, Jacob Gregersen, Rebecca White, Caleb Bailey and Audrey Reeves; and her great grandchildren, Penelope White, Tira Goodrich, Nial Frazier, Benjamin Frazier and Zoey Bailey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
