He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kelley and Wilma Kelley; and his brothers, Paul Edward Kelley of Jerusalem and Harold Gene Kelley of Jerusalem. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Paul Kelley (Sandra) of Houston, Carol Kelley of Russellville, Pam Coleman (James) of Redfield and Tony Ellis (Suzi) of Monroe; and his siblings, Kenneth Kelley (Luella) of Sherwood and Sharon Mays (Harvey) of Jerusalem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
