He is survived by: his sister Vickie James (Larry); his children, Teresa Dickenson, Lisa Murdock (David) and James Coker (Dawn); his grandchildren, Stephenie Harrington (Jacob), Justin Murdock (Jhierney), James William Coker Jr. (Buddy), Joy Murdock and Hunter Coker; his close friend Gerald Bates; and his brother-in-law Sam Spears (Connie). He is also survived by relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
