He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlon Riggs (Louise) and Christine Riggs (Arnold); his brothers, Darwin and Russell Riggs; his stepsister Carolyn Wolverton; and his nephew Danny Riggs.
He is survived by: his sisters, Katherine Altom (Odell) and Denise Mann; his stepsister Sheila Webb; and his sister Lou Gay. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Union Church (386 Center Ridge Rd, Drasco, AR 72530). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
