He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce Collard; his children, Karen Wofford (John), Keith Collard (Kathy) and Annette Sadowski (Marek); and his grandchildren, Andrew Wofford, Bryan Wofford (Valerie), Ashley Spinazze (Nick), Macie Collard, Robert Sadowski and Allison Sadowski.
