She is survived by: her children, Shari Lewis and James Robert Branscum Jr.; her grandchildren, Tanner Blassingame and Lexi Blassingame; her great grandchildren, Cohen McNeil and Arlie Claire Blassingame; her mother Ellen Boozer; and her sisters, Rhonda Smith (Allen), Pam Bates (Lindsey), Laura Atwell (Mark) and Robin Akers (Wally).
