It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mae Mullins of Conway, Arkansas, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cletus and Dora Eveline Smith (Turnbough); her husband Elbert Franklin "Buddy" Mullins; her daughter Linda Ruth Mullins; and her siblings, Eugene Billy Phillips, Robert Lawrence Smith, Nancy Frances Bailey and Claudia Jean Bayne.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Renee Westermier (Mark), Aaron Neil Roach (Miranda) and Mary Margaret Reed (Tyler); and her siblings, Charles Dillard Smith, Ira Dale Smith and Jimmy Wayne Smith.
