As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Garretson and Patsy Daniels; and his brother Donnie Garretson. He is survived by: his significant other Aprill Garretson; his children, Cory Garretson (Hannah), Kaleigh Garretson, Abby Lewis (Allie) and Tyler Garretson; his sisters, Cheri McNeely, Gloria Rogers (Rudy) and Kim O'Neal (Kendal); and his niece Stacy Hurst (Brent). He is also survived by child and 10 grandchildren, a multitude of nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Conway First Baptist Church (1719 Robinson Ave, Conway, AR 72034).
