He is survived by: his siblings, Wilbur Parnell, John Parnell, David Parnell, Bobby Parnell, Donna Stokes (Larry Stokes) and Sarah Simmons; his wife Kim Parnell; his children, Jennifer Rameriz, Chelsey Parnell-Phillips, Justin Parnell, Joseph Parnell and Michael Parnell II; his grandchildren, Eli Leach, Hoyt Phillips, Madison Cannon and Chloe Cannon; and his siblings, Judy Butler, Gary Parnell, Larry Parnell and Vickie Parnell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
