She is survived by: her husband Steven Charles Barlow; her mother Phyllis Hanson Thessing; her siblings, Heath Thessing (Tonnie), Andrea Sutterfield (Adam), Scott Thessing (Kelly) and Bart Thessing (Mallory); her mother-in-law Pennie Barlow; her stepfather-in-law Bill Roland; her sister-in-law Janessa Berry (Andrew); and her close friend Danielle Freyaldenhoven (Richard).
In remembrance of Nikki's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Joseph's Church or School Endowment, Catholic Campus Ministry, or Life Choices.
