Purtle; her daughter Amy (Jason Horn) of Rogers; her grandson Andrew; her grandparents, Vera Purtle, Richard and Lola Mae Harrison; her husband Gary Duncan; her daughter Emily Duncan of Nashville, Tennessee.; her granddaughter Madelyn Horn of Rogers, Arkansas.; her sister LeAnne Winters of Conway, Arkansas.; her stepdaughter Carol Duncan; and her daughter Jenny Grace Duncan of Jonesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patrice's name to the Hollis and Vera Purtle Scholarship at Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas.
