He was predeceased by: his parents, Dib Palmer (D. W.) and Billye Hiland Palmer; and his brother Steve Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Palmer; his children, Tara, Casey, Michael and Kurt; his grandchildren, Eva, Norah, Zack and Noelle; and his brother Philip Palmer.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roller McNutt Funeral Home (650 Central Landing Blvd, Conway, AR 72032).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Faulkner County Humane Society as a tribute to his memory.
