He is survived by: his wife Lois Scidmore; his children, Pamela Zimmerman (Randy), Sandra McCullough (Dan), Brenda Adams (Walter), Scott Scidmore (Jenny) and Robbin Haley (Anna); and his siblings, Donald Scidmore (Dianne), Dale Scidmore (Ruth) and Carol Amundson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Judes or the Salvation Army.
