He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Johnson and Frances Fortenberry; and his siblings, Barbara Haynes and Johnny Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Roni LaRae Hendrix; and his grandsons, Karson Hendrix (Kimberly) and Tanner Hendrix.
