He is survived by: his wife Maryann Weaver Bainter; his sons, Brandon Michael Bainter (Melanie) of Benton Arkansas and Brian Allen Bainter (Janet) of Conway Arkansas; his grandchildren, Haley Briana Bainter (Clay Stubbs) of Conway Arkansas, Lauren Hope Bainter of Benton Arkansas and Brandon Matthew Bainter of Benton Arkansas; and his great grandchild Asher Brooks Boyce of Conway Arkansas.

“There is much pain to see that my buddy has laid down his sword and shield. I met Ron in 1971 when I became an installer for SWBT COMPANY. He took great pleasure in providing me with the tools to become a good telephone man. I never saw him sad and he was always happy go lucky. He did not spare the rod when training me and I thank him for that. We have remained good friends throughout our careers. I am grateful for our paths and friendship. May I say to the family I share your loss.”
