She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Steinberg and Lynn Goldstein Steinberg; her former husband E. Kenneth R. Duncan; her daughter Tracy Suzanne Duncan; and her brother Michael Steinberg.
She is survived by: her children, Terrence Duncan, Travis Andrew Duncan, Trevor Duncan (Mindi) and Tamara Duncan; her foster son Timmy Sanchez; and her adoptive daughter Tina Foster.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Cemetery Street Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.
