She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse McDaniel and Jean McDaniel (Rhoads); and her husband Jerry Starkey. She is survived by: her brother Robert McDaniel; and her children, Dondra Simpson, Hugh Starkey (Gina), Faith Speight (Mark) and Hope Sur (Pierre). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (3255 Prince St, Conway, AR 72034). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
