He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Powell and Jo Ann Powell; and his nephew Lane Biggers. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Stratton (Matt) of Solgohachia, Ashley Hutchins (Jermey) of Solgohachia and Lauren Powell of Fayetteville; his sisters, Glenda Brownlee (John) of Conway and Janis Allen (Chris) of Morrilton; his grandchildren, Landon, Aidan Stratton, Dalton and Cayden Hutchins; his nephew Philip Biggers (Tori) of Springfield; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wylie, Boone, Travis Allen (Stephanie) of Rockwell and Cody Allen of Conway; Chase.
