He was predeceased by: his father Bob E. Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his mother Nelda R. Watson (Garver); his brother Michael Westbrook (Cathy) of Benton, Arkansas; his sons, Matthew J. Westbrook (Jadrien) of Greenbrier and Brian Fry (Marla) of Conway, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Olivia Fry, Madilyn Westbrook, River Fry and Maverik Westbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crossroads Cowboy Church (3071 AR-5, El Paso, AR 72045). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
