He was predeceased by: his father Bob E. Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his mother Nelda R. Watson (Garver); his brother Michael Westbrook (Cathy) of Benton, Arkansas; his sons, Matthew J. Westbrook (Jadrien) of Greenbrier and Brian Fry (Marla) of Conway, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Olivia Fry, Madilyn Westbrook, River Fry and Maverik Westbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
