With solemn reverence, we commemorate Upton Shelton (Conway, Arkansas), born in Erwin, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on September 3, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Macon Shelton and Neva Shelton; and his brothers, Arie Addison Shelton, Donald Shelton and Sonny Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Morgan Shelton; his children, Clifford Shelton (Kristy) of Springdale, Alex Shelton (Gay) of Maumelle, Sandra Norris (Steve) of Conway and Teresa Mack (Ray) of Camby, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Lindsey Harris (Keith), Leeann Howard (Jordan), Tyler Shelton, Whitney Norris, Melissa Kelley (Byron), Alexandra Turner (Roscoe), Logan Mack (Brittney), Connor Mack (Brittney) and Bradley Shelton; his great grandchildren, Kade Harris, Zoe Harris, Jude Howard, Xander Kelley, Luke Howard, Watts Kelley, Quincy Kelley and Trace Turner; and his siblings, Inez Bennett of Mayfield, KY and Keaton Shelton of Erwin, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robinson & Center Church of Christ (1505 Robinson Ave, Conway, AR 72034). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
